PRODUCT QUALITY PERIMETER

PRODUCTION LINE REGULATIONS *(All the perimeter, rules & regulations given below are strictly followed and abide by).

  1. Best quality block are used.
  2. Washing is done repeatedly and properly to remove gypsum/sulphate impurities
  3. No Cracks in & on salt lamps.
  4. Salt lamps, tiles, candle holders & stands Surface is smooth.
  5. No chipping/broken edges or pattern surfaces of salt lamps, tiles, stands of any category.
  6. No hitting marks on any salt product of any category.
  7. Best quality wooden base are used.
  8. Wooden base are not wet.
  9. Base is properly aligned at proper angles and center point of salt lamp.
  10. Base and salt shape is studied properly to get proper dimensions.
  11. Insulation packing is air tight to avoid contact of air with salt.

RULES & REGULATIONS

  2. Electric Safety standards file of cords for countries will be followed.
  3. Proper cords must be demanded and supplied as per agreement.
  4. Lamps must be made according to standards & perimeters file.
  5. New order file will be provided to Asna Group for each buyers order.
  6. Quality check must be carried out according to quality check list file for products.
  7. Documents must be checked for errors.
  8. Catalogue must be negotiated before placing any order.
