Yes, you can handle your own shipment. To book and secure an empty container for shipment, we would need the contact information of your shipping agent.
The order number is also known as the batch number at Caspara Salts. An order number is a unique identifier assigned to a certain amount of order. Our order number is a unique number that is assigned to each and every new order. It is never reused.
Salt lamps, candle holders, cooking blocks, and animal licks are available in bulk and individual Brown, White, and Printed Box packing. For printing, the customer must submit the artwork. Edible & bath salt is available in various packaging options, including consumer packs such as Standing/Stand-up Pouch, Cardboard Box, and bulk packs such as 25kg, 50kg, 500kg, or 1000kg bags. On request, custom packaging is also available.
Caspara Enterprises offers genuine Intertek (ETL) certified electric cords that meet UL and CSA requirements. Other regions’ certified electric cords are also available.
If any of the items come damaged, you must file a written complaint with reference images within 15 business days on receipt of the goods at the given address on the front of this contract.
